This will control what is the maximum amount of time firefighter id will be assigned to the user.
These setting will control how the logs are viewed and the notification sent to the user in the system. These settings are done in the GRC System

4014- Firefighter ID controller can submit request for Firefighter ID controlled
This will let the owners and controllers submit request for the IDs they control
