SAP License Audit Steps
1. Review all your users in SAP System to make sure they still are required. Mainly focus on user who are no more with the company and test ids created in the with user service. You do not want to have too many of them.

4. Review your role assignment and make sure appropriate users have proper roles. For example the ABAP Developer should have a developer and basis user should have appropriate transactions assigned
